Day 2 in Cleveland – 0 Miles

Day two in Cleveland was great. We spent the whole day at the Children’s hospital, where we got a tour of their different wings. This facility is more of a rehabilitation center than a Hospital. They have many different types of physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and much more. We also spent a few minutes in the dialysis clinic, where we met with kids who had to come in three times a week to have their blood cleaned in one of these machines. Despite their tough condition, these kids were some of the happiest we’ve seen all summer.
Today ended with a BBQ with the family of a previous JOH team member. We had a great time chatting with other previous team members, and enjoyed being outside in this beautiful weather.
