Fallon, NV – 65 Miles

Today’s ride was 65 miles, but was downhill most of the way. Our average speed was about 18 mph, but we were going around 23 mph most of the day. I ended up in the front again somehow, I guess that just happens when you ride with different guys each day. We arrived quite early in Fallon, and after lunch had some time to chill out. I ended up using this time for a much needed nap. We ended our day with a dinner and a dance at Fallon Industries, and had a great time getting to know a lot of new faces. Tonight we’re sleeping in the high school library. The lights are already out, and the sound of snoring teammates surrounds me. I don’t think I’ll have any trouble getting to sleep though, I’m pretty exhausted.
