South Bend, IN – 95 Miles

We headed to South Bend today, and were treated with a great breakfast, and a great lunch both by previous Journey of Hope member John Czarkowski. Dinner was provided by the South Bend Knights of Columbus, which before today, I never realized was a Catholic organization. The food was good, and we had a good time telling the members about our trip so far, and learning a little more about what they do in the community. The night ended with an optional trip to the University of Notre Dame, but I stayed home to catch up on some much needed sleep.
